Enhancing the production process using advanced machinery

Humidifier

Induces heat for expansion at the initial stage of the lasting process (process that gives the shoe its final shape and secures it in position for the attachment of the outsole).

Toe lasting

Supports the footwear assembly, in combination with a toe wiper and a heel wiper assembly for performing the lasting process.

Side & seat lasting

Used for the side and heel wiper assembly with the insole for performing the lasting operation.

Heat setting

A heat treatment is performed, wherein shape retention, crease resistance, resilience and elasticity is imparted to the fibres.

Upper/Sole activating

Adhesives which are used for attaching the sole and upper are activated by heat activation mechanism.

Sole pressing

The sole and upper is attached after adhesive activation.

Sole wall stitching

The sole is stitched to the uppers in drivers for better fitting.

Sole stitching

Used in blake shoe construction to stitch soles to uppers in the lasting process.

Shaping

Creases and wrinkles are removed for a better finish
