Diverse tanning processes for different types of leather

Full Chrome

Chromium sulphate is used to preserve the animal skin and prevent rot, producing a soft yet resilient leather.

Semi Chrome

Vegetable tanning is employed in this process, followed by re-tanning with chromium salts.

Full Vegetable

Natural vegetables tannins are used to transform raw hide into high-quality leather.

Olive Tannage

Leathers are tanned using olive tree leaves, making it safe, reliable and biodegradable, with a lower environmental impact during production.

Sugar Tannage

Made from waste using simplified chemical manufacturing SUCCUIR is a unique 100 % biogenic heavy-metal free tanning technology.

SFERES

Sustainable Retanning

Sferes are small polymer balls about the size of garden peas that replace some of the water in the retanning process and thereby enhance the mechanical action inside the drum, this reduces water usage by 30% to 40% and increases productivity.

Bio Briquettes

Bio-briquettes replace wood, reducing the cutting of trees and the use of coal, which emits toxic gases when burned.

Solid and liquid waste generated from the splitting, tanning, shaving and buffing of our leathers gets converted to Bio Briquettes which has high calorific value and less amount of air emission discharge with low ash.

Shaving dust

Shaving dust are recycled to make leather board for various industries as making washers or filling materials instead of going to landfill.
